01 / WHAT WE DO
Your space. Our expertise.
Work scoped together, around your space, your needs and the particular requirements of your project.
Renovation
For renovation work in Imperia and Nice, we start with how you use the rooms, what should stay and which changes matter most.
Masonry
Masonry work in Monaco to transform and organise spaces, based on the existing conditions and the work we agree on together.
Finishes
Surface finishes and painting, with materials, colours and details chosen together.
02 / ABOUT US
A clear idea. A space of your own.
Based in Imperia, Delice Edilizia supports renovation projects in Menton and along the Riviera. We begin with the practical needs of the spaces you want to change.
For renovations in Ventimiglia, Bordighera or Saint-Tropez, we agree on access, site visits and the organisation of the work before moving forward.
From an idea, to a building site, to a place to live.03 / OUR APPROACH
Good work begins with a conversation.
A process we shape together, with clear steps and room for your questions.
- 01
Share your idea
We talk about your space, wishes and priorities. The first step is understanding what matters to you.
- 02
Take a closer look
We arrange a site visit to understand the space and identify what needs further consideration.
- 03
Agree on the way forward
We discuss the work, materials, scope of the quote and a schedule to agree on together.
- 04
Bring the project to life
Work follows what we have agreed. Any changes are discussed as the project progresses.
